Property investment requires scrutiny by buyers. Before you decide to invest in real estate, there is plenty to be considered. If you are looking at buying villas, your approach should be slightly different. Price is an obvious point of consideration. But, if you are looking at making a value for money buy, then additional factors need to be taken into account. For example, villas in Haralur Road are sure to attract attention, given the sprawling area and natural surroundings. But is that enough?

However, you should also keep these points in mind during investment on a villa:

1.    Space- look beyond what is visible at the first sight. It is ideal to have space on both sides of your villa (outside the villa boundary). There should be ample parking space to accommodate multiple vehicles, or provide parking space to guests. The idea of an independent house villa should really be extravagant. Taking forward the idea of extra space, it is also important to look at the terrace space. It can be used optimally to expand your property later. For example, you may want to have a servant room on the roof top.

2.    Property appreciation- location plays an important role here too. Before you decide to buy a villa, make sure you study the locality and other builder details carefully. Usually, investing within a city, or on popular outskirts of the city is a wise option. You can also follow the property trends, like villas in Haralur Road is a safe investment as it is a developing locality of Bangalore, in close proximity to the airport. You can avail professional advisory and do trend check using the internet.

3.    Neighborhood study- it is important to keep in mind points like security of the area. Usually big size villas are not in the heart of the city, therefore, you should keep in mind convenience points such as, clean area, neighborhood facilities like hospitals, schools, supermarkets etc. Commuting is another very important factor. Don’t compromise on these routine facts and get overwhelmed by the sprawling villa space.

4.    Budget- villas look amazing, so don’t get carried away at the first sight. Strict to your initial budget, so that you don’t have to compromise erstwhile. The only point to be kept in mind is the affordability and it should not take a toll on your routine life. In addition to buying a property, your budget also includes the cost of interior decoration. Remember, you will need to spend a huge sum of money in getting things in place inside the house too.

5.    Rooms- that brings us to our last point, which is arrangement of rooms inside the villas. It is an important point to be observed. Sometimes, a lot of space is left between the rooms and that, is inconvenient for a family with young children. Family members should be able to talk to each other conveniently. There should not be so much distance between rooms that it becomes difficult for you to choose the best room for kids and yourself.
